We sincerely apologize that, if you hope to return your products to Gigagos, please contact us immediately. We try to do our best to help you solve theproblems.  All the case we will follow up and strive to give you the satisfactory reply as soon as possible. If you have any problem, inquires or comments, please feel free to contact us anytime. Gigagos would answer you at first when we receive the messages at the office hour.  


Photos and description

Gigagos would ensure the consistency of both produce photos on our online shop and the actual products; however, we cannot always guarantee that the accuracy of the product colours completely consistent with the product photo shown on the our online shop, since the computer and mobile phone dimension using digital screen and the display colours may be different to the real products.

Return and Exchange

Gigagos products would be enjoyed specific warranty periods and return policies, the details are listed on the item description. Customers must check the product upon delivery, if have any problem after your checking, you can contact us immediately by email @cs within 14 days. Please remember sent the description and product photos of the defective part; the tag on the package, order number, product code and the invoice to us (Miss one will be regard as not valid).

Criteria for Accepting Return/Exchange

Gigagos promise to provide you a warranty return period within 14 days for your purchased products. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service cs@gigagos.com during the return time period. Our customer service team would inform and instruct you on how to resolve your individual case. All the returned items must be unused and must preserve the original packaging.  Moreover, the products must be in original and saleable conditions; with the original invoice and must be returned in the original undamaged box, and/or packaging with all tags attached. Any damaged, modified or broken products may cannot be returned or refunded.


Returns Process

Gigagos is willing to refund any item when you return it to us in saleable condition; and within 14 days of receipt (All delivery charges will be borne by customers). We cannot refund money when we do not receive all the returned items (Consultation by Return and Exchange and Criteria for Accepting Return/Exchange). The refund will be processed once when your goods are received into our warehouse after our checking. Please note that it may take 14 working days for the refunds to be shown in your account. Each returned item is refunded separately, and all the information will be shown on the statement in your mail.

Handling Fees and Administrative Fee are not including as below

Refunds will be credited according to your original method of payment (the same account purchased products). Any handling fees, and/or administrative fees (all return shipping and handling costs, duties and/or taxes)

which have to be borne by customers; and are not included in any refund. The same applies to return of goods and services.


We do not accept the return and refund as below

Mis-handling and / or self-inflicted damage (eg, exposure to water, falls, impacts, etc.) are not accept the return. Assessment report will be issued for all returns, if the product is not defective as described by the customer or the product is clearly damaged though customer own negligence. We will decline the parcel and return to shipping company; in this case the return shipping costs must be assumed by the customer. 


The return shipping costs must be assumed by the customer. In this case, if a wrong item ordered (either size or type) has been sent to you, the fee will be charged once we have received the returned package in our offices, such extra fees and shipping charges will be imposed on the replacement package with the correct item and / or size / type ordered.


·       Returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days after the package is received;

·       Original invoice and authorization must accompany returned items for refund or exchange to be processed;

·       Refunds will be made by way of the original transaction method;

·       (We may ask for another method of refund, such as Bank Transfer or PayPal);

·       An exchange or merchandise credit will be issued for orders using coupons as a payment method;

·       Returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be unused in order to be accepted for a refund.
