This website is for delivery of products to customers internationally. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the delivery section and also when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. All delivery charge is payable by customer.

Delivery time delays:
Delivery Times do not include additional delays that may be caused by Customs or other government agencies, as well as weather conditions and public holidays.

Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses: 
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will send a automated message to your email. We would like to advise you double-check your address and contact information carefully when placing your order or for re-delivery, Please remove an outdated or incorrect address and contact information from your account.
